Gluten and Lactose Free Desserts

With 36 years of experience as a Gluten and Lactose free Chef and Baker, my desserts are decadent AND healthy! Anyone can make a gluten free desserts taste good…after all you are working with butter and sweetener!   But getting the texture right without gluten is trickier.

All of my desserts are made with Monk Fruit Sweetener which is ideal for diabetics. It has no glycemic load and no calories and acts and TASTES exactly like sugar!

My desserts are made with organic butter, gluten free flours, real dark chocolate, organic vanilla….in short, real food, all organic, healthy ingredients.

Desserts can be picked up. They can be added to the cooking service menu for delivery but ONLY if they are placed at the time of the order.  Cut off ordering time is Thursday for the following Tuesday delivery, Monday the week of for a Friday delivery. If ordered but not included in Meal Delivery Service, please place your order 72 hours before your anticipated pick-up time. Thank you!

Avocado Key Lime

Flourless Chocolate Cake – this cake is lower on the glycemic index than other flourless chocolate cakes, it is made with coconut cream and butter, dark chocolate, organic vanilla beans.   My diabetic clients find this is tolerated well in small amounts.  If you are very carb sensitive this is the dessert for you!
