Here are the products that I make for myself, my family and clients. These items are available by order for pick-up or delivery (see below for details).  All skin care and culinary items are organic.

Mushroom Veggie Burger– These burgers are lightly crispy on the outside. Made with short grain rice, mushrooms, onions, walnuts, flax seeds, garlic, smoked paprika, coconut aminos, mirin, salt and pepper.

Worcestershire Sauce

This delightful condiment is amazingly different from the store bought kind. I use it in Thai and Caribbean cooking.

Gluten Free Croutons-  I LOVE croutons on my salads but there are none commercially available. So I am offering these on my shop.  I am a big fan of bountiful salads and enjoy them way more with croutons!  Made with ghee or olive oil (please specify).

Deep Dish Breakfast Frittata-  serves 8  –   People often complain that they get sick of eggs every day for breakfast.  I personally cannot relate- I can eat eggs any time, any way!  Scrambled, poached, fried, in egg drop soup,  French toast, deviled, boiled..  But an all time favorite of mine is the breakfast frittata. I make them in a spring form pan, make them very deep dished with plenty of veggies…and have breakfast already made for several days!   With a serving of fruit or coconut milk yogurt..they are a perfect breakfast!

Salad Dressings-   These dressings are all made with organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.         $12.00 for 12 ounces

Choices- Ginger Tahini Dressing, Japanese Ginger Dressing, Dairy Free Ranch Dressing, Oven Roasted Onion Vinaigrette, Dairy Free Caesar, and Thousand Island.

Browned Ghee–  Clarified butter is far healthier than cooking with regular butter that still has the milk solids and it doesn’t burn when you cook at higher temperatures.  Browning it gives a delightful nutty flavor that is amazing in desserts and pan searing meats and seafood.                                                                                                                            $16.00 a pound

   Jamu Kunyit,a Balinese-style Turmeric Juice with Tamarind- 

Turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor properties combined with the depth of anti-0xidents in this drink make it an ideal medicinal drink.  But the TASTE is amazingly refreshing!  It contains turmeric from fresh turmeric root, tamarind, lime juice and honey. used medicinally for pain and inflammation, but the taste is awesome! Made with organic fresh turmeric, tamarind, honey and lime juice. I also add bioperines as this enhances absorption in to the bloodstream. I also recommend that you take it with MCT oil or coconut oil as this also helps absorption. This is a concentrate; it will make double the amount.
