Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cookies

Makes about 3 dozen

2 cups rice flour
1 cup tapioca flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
3/4 cup butter 1 teaspoon vanilla

Cream wet ingredients together.

Mix dry ingredients together.

Combine the two, Form into slightly larger than a walnut balls, use fork to press down each cookies.

Bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes.

Cookies will be crumbly when hot, allow to cool 10 minutes then place on cooling racks.
