Moderation May Not Be (IS NOT) The Best Approach to Weight Loss

Caloric Restriction Doesn’t work, Americans don’e eat ENOUGH food!  They eat lots of “products”…but very little real food.  Exercising doesn’t aid in weight loss.  Eating 2000 calories a day with plenty of fat and protein satiates you because it gives you the nutrients you so badly need.
