Japanese Ginger Dressing

3 large carrots- sliced
1/2 large onion- large diced
1 cup orange juice
1 T. tahini
3 T. honey
1/3 cup lemon juice
fresh pepper to taste
1 t. fresh ginger
3 T. rice vinegar
2 T. tamari
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 t. toasted sesame oil or to taste
1) blend all ingredients together in blender all the way to a smooth liquid.
